Krav Maga New York (KMNY) is located @ Somers Sports & Fitness, 245 RT 100, Somers. This facility boasts over 4,000 square feet of mat space, an indoor Turf, Group Fitness & Spin Classes, Boot Camps, MMA, Iowa Style Wrestling, and of course, Krav Maga.
Krav Maga, the official Self Defense and Fighting system of the Israeli Army, is renowned worldwide for its effectiveness against real life violent encounters, where rules simply do not apply and where losing could be crippling or fatal.
KMNY provide authentic Black Belt Level Krav Maga Training to Law Enforcement, Military and Civilian men and women of all ages and from all walks of life. We also provide Krav Maga for kids, ages 4 to pre-teen.
We are a Licensee of Krav Maga Worldwide and have been operating in Upper Westchester since 2004.
