Krav Maga Class Schedule
We run several fitness, self defense and specialty classes on any given day, and we’re open 7 days a week. Classes are age appropriate, level appropriate, run mornings and evenings and with 40 classes weekly to choose from, you’ll find a class that’s right for you.
To try a class, click here and scroll through our online schedule. Find a day and time that works for you, find the class you’d like to try, click on it and follow the online registration instructions.
Each class is a stand alone lesson. Classes are not a series of consecutive lessons. In other words, you don’t need to know what we covered in yesterday’s class in order to participate today. You can start anytime.
Which class is right for you?
For adult men and women, we recommend starting with a Fundamentals class, or any Fitness class. Kids and teens can also participate in a trial class. Kids classes are age appropriate.
If you have experience with our training style or with other forms of martial arts, you may want to pick a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced level class.

Other Training Options
Personal training options and presentations are available for interested participants. You can contact us for or one-on-one or small group training availability.
We have offered and continue to offer Krav Maga based self defense seminars, camps and presentations tailored to select audiences. These include Self Defense For Women Only, Verbal Self Defense for Parents, Teachers and Administrators, Custom Police Training Segments and Introductory lessons.
