"As someone who has studied traditional martial arts for the last 30-plus years, I am confident that I know what a great school looks like --at least from the students' point of view. Apart from having an exceptionally qualified instructor staff (including Davide who, though the owner, is there all the time), the general atmosphere and culture can't be beat. They take the training seriously but not themselves. The mood is always upbeat, supportive and the crowd of students they've attracted are there for all the right reasons --to train, get more fit, learn to protect themselves and help the other students excel. Unlike many traditional karate-do dojo, there is no drama and an obsession on rank. For me, what I like best besides the great instruction is how well they communicate with the students. It is frequent, clear and always useful. Whether you are brand new to martial training, old or young, man or woman, you will find that you fit in here. My only regret is that it took me as long as it did to find Davide and his team."
