Self-Defense Classes for Kids

Our self-defense classes for kids teach age appropriate Krav Maga techniques for real-world encounters involving grabs, holds, drags, abductions, verbal confrontations and bullying. Although we teach kids the same Krav Maga techniques we teach adults, our presentation of those skills changes to suit the age group. Just as importantly, we teach kids Verbal Judo, the art of gaining voluntary compliance. We emphasize respect, empathy, values, listening skills, verbal re-directors, de-escalation tactics, safety lines and how to resolve conflict without the use of force.

Many of our members have moved away from the traditional gym routine and have found great instruction, a safe and welcoming environment, and success. Upgrade your fitness routine with dynamic classes that build strength, endurance, speed and agility. Most importantly, do something fun that you can actually use and stick with. Fitness in general is great - we agree - but there's no better fitness than fighting shape fitness. So why not step away from traditional gyms and try classes that burn calories, are fun, are staffed by pros and keep you engaged through learning. Most people take a mix of both fitness and self-defense classes, but if you're only interested in Krav Maga fitness, that's okay too. We have lots of members that just take fitness classes.
