Many of our members have transitioned away from the traditional gym routine and have found tremendous success. Transform your fitness routine with dynamic classes that build strength, endurance, and agility. Most importantly, do something fun that you actually stick with. Most people take a mix of both fitness and self-defense classes. Because fitness is great, but big biceps won't save you if you get choked from behind walking to your car late at night. No pressure though! We have a few members that just take fitness classes.
